Beginners level - The foundation level course is aimed for the student who has little or no experience in dancing. Covering the basic steps, timing & rhythm and partnering. Before you know it, you will be up and dancing in no time!

Beginners Plus level - Further develop your dancing with more dynamic, fun moves, that will keep you smiling on the dance floor! Strengthen your leading, timing & following and start developing some nice combinations of moves. Moving onto added footwork, body movement, combos and more fun.

Improvers level - Some dance experience needed. This level may suit you if you have been to a few beginner classes and feel you are ready for something slightly more challenging.
Partners are not required as we move around throughout the class.

SALSA - a sexy, energetic and fun partner dance. Unlike some partner dances, it is a very sociable dance – you don’t need to have a regular partner. In fact, it is common for salseros to dance with people they have never met before. That’s part of the fun of dancing Salsa. With it’s sociable nature, Salsa has become highly popular, all around the world. Today, you can easily find Salsa clubs wherever you go anywhere in the world.

KIZOMBA - a dance and music that was created in Angola in early 1980s. It is also performed in other African countries, in Europe and in USA. It is known for having a slow, insistent, somewhat harsh, yet sensuous rhythm; the result of electronic percussion. It is ideally danced accompanied by a partner, very smoothly and slowly, though not too tightly. A rather large degree of flexibility in the knees is required, owing to the frequent requirement that dancers bob up and down.
