Beginners/Open level - The foundation level course is aimed for the student who has little or no experience in dancing. Covering the basic steps, timing & rhythm and partnering. Before you know it, you will be up and dancing in no time!

Improvers level - Some dance experience needed. This level may suit you if you have been to a few beginner classes and feel you are ready for something slightly more challenging.

Partners are not required as we move around throughout the class.

SALSA - a sexy, energetic and fun partner dance. Unlike some partner dances, it is a very sociable dance – you don’t need to have a regular partner. In fact, it is common for salseros to dance with people they have never met before. That’s part of the fun of dancing Salsa. With it’s sociable nature, Salsa has become highly popular, all around the world. Today, you can easily find Salsa clubs wherever you go anywhere in the world.

Kizomba - the dance from Angola is danced very smoothly, slowly and sensuously, and with very fluid movements.
In addition, frequent simultaneous hip rotations coordinated between dance partners, particularly in the quieter refrains of the music. and the music is characterized by a slower and usually very romantic rhythm, sung generally in Portuguese.
It’s a slow sexy dance. Partners dance quite close. Music is generally sang in Portuguese but these days also many influence of Semba and Zouk

Zouk - is also a couple style of dance; it involves a lot of body movement and is considered the most sensual Latin dance in the world. Zouk is essentially a variation of Lambada - whilst Lambada is more acrobatic, Zouk is more stylized and utilizes a lot of turns. Although it is based upon that familiar 3/4 rhythm, it uses a fairly different footwork technique.
